Queen's Yard Summer Party 2022

Bank Holiday

1st May 2022

Where is the Queen’s Yard Summer Party?

The QYSP takes place across many venues throughout Hackney Wick. All venues are within a 15-minute walk of one another. A full list of venues and a map outlining exactly where each venue is will be published ahead of the event! Your wristband gives you entry to all the venues – subject to their capacity.

What time does the festival start & end?

The first performances start at 12:00. We advise heading down early to collect your wristband to avoid queueing. The festival ends at 22:30. Please refer to the set times for stage opening and closing times. This year we will be running a series of afterparties till late. These will be separately ticketed – with details TBA in the coming weeks.

What time do I need to arrive by?

Your ticket specifies an entry time – it is important that you keep to this. Please arrive in good time beforehand – if you are late your ticket is invalid. Provided that we have tickets available on the day you will be able to pay a late entry fee which will make the ticket up to the final entry price.

Student tickets

You must show a valid student card with photo id to verify your enrolment. You must arrive before 6pm at the box office.

Group tickets

Group tickets need to arrive together by 6pm. This is for groups of 5 people but the discount effectively gives you one ticket for free.

Where do I find the set times?

Set times will be made available a few weeks before the event. Set times will also be visible at each venue.

How does venue entry work?

Ticket-holders will be issued with one wristband which grants entry to every venue during the first part of the event. Your wristband will NOT get you into the after parties.

It is not possible to pay for access to individual venues or performances.

We strongly advise that you arrive in good time if there is an act that you really want to watch as we cannot guarantee entry to each venue if it reaches capacity.

Safety & Wellbeing

The queens yard summer party takes a firm stance on any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour. This includes any instances of racism, sexism, homophobia, or transphobia. If you witness or are affected by any inappropriate behaviour then please report to a steward or member of security.

If you begin to feel unwell at any point or see anyone who appears to be in distress for any reason then please inform a steward or member of security immediately.

Look after yourself and be considerate of those around you.

All venues are 18+. We will be operating age checks on the door and Challenge 25 will be in operation on all bars.

We try to ensure that the event is as accessible as possible. Please contact us to discuss further & apply for carer’s tickets at info@percolatemusic.co.uk.

Search policy

Security will be operating searches at all venues. By entering the festival you are consenting to be searched. Security and venue staff reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to the festival.

Percolate operates a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs and legal highs. Please do not attempt to enter the festival carrying either as it may result in refusal of entry and/ or police involvement.

Should you do anything to result in your removal from a venue for any reason then you risk having your wristband removed and entry to any other venue declined on the day.

We would also strongly advise bringing as little with you as possible – especially bags. All bags will be searched and even though some of the venues have cloakrooms, bag searches will significantly hold up the entry process.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email: info@percolatemusic.co.uk
